Problem  : "Lesen Key Tidak Tepat" or Penawar automaticly close after a few second.

 

Symptoms :
Some computer are using Chinese or Jawi / Arabic Language in computer.

 

Solutions :

1. First at your Penawar click Clear Lesen yang Lama and then Exit Penawar.

 

 

 

2. Click Start -> Run
    type  intl.cpl

or can you can click Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options

 

Click Advanced until u see as an example image below.

 

3. By default maybe you are using Chinese Regional. For now, please choose

English(United States). You can swith back later after cleaning with Penawar.

 

 

 

 

4. Click Yes

.

 

 

 

5. The System now need to restart,  click Yes.

 

 

6. After system restart , now you can run back your Penawar and paste all the Name, E-mail and License key that has been given through your e-mail.
